Staff ID/ Password
(1) Staff ID：the account number is your ID number at NCKU.
(2) Password: the password is the same as the Cheng-Kung Portal.
NCKU Hospital staff :
(1) ID：the account number is four zeros (0000) followed by your Identification number.
(2) Password：the default password is the last 4-digit number of your National ID or Passport followed by the last four digits of your birthday (MMDD - e.g. enter 0104 for Jan 4th)
→ reset your password → forgot your password
